Character | The nose offers chocolate, coffee beans, cassis and blackcurrants. There is a flick of oak, but very well-handled. This is a big, cuddly, rich, ripe style. The texture is seductive, creamy even, and there is excellent length with silky tannins. On the palate, we see the emergence of more chocolate notes and black cherries. Should drink beautifully, not only while young but over the next six to ten years.
